Access Program
Welcome to the Your Health Hotline!
Providing assistance to families to receive services such as:
- Physicals
- Baby well checks
- Doctor office visits
- Dental Screenings & Treatments
- Prescription Drug Coverage
- Vision Care
- Immunization Clinics
- AHHCCCS enrollment & food stamp assistance
- Diabetes education
- Pre Natal Care
- Assistance with enrollment for health discount programs – Santa Cruz Health-e-Connect & Pima Community Access Program, as well as sliding fee scales at local community health centers.
The “Your Health” Hotline covers Pima and Santa Cruz Counties. “Your Health” Hotline includes community health care providers and organizations that share a common desire for residents to find health care coverage and services throughout Pima and Santa Cruz Counties.
